Each individual may hold only one active par98 account. This policy applies regardless of which device, phone number, email address or payment account is used. Where par98 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
You are solely responsible for all activity carried out under your account. This includes all bets placed, deposits made and withdrawals requested. You must keep your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) confidential and must not share them with any third party. par98 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of incorrect information provided during registration — including incorrect mobile wallet numbers, bank account details or withdrawal addresses. par98 may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals, large amounts or where account activity appears unusual. Required documents may include a copy of your CNIC and proof of ownership of the payment method. Withdrawals will be held pending satisfactory verification.
Withdrawals made while a bonus is active on your account are subject to the wagering requirements of that bonus. You may be required to complete the applicable wagering before a withdrawal can be approved, or you may choose to forfeit the bonus balance in order to withdraw your real-money balance. This option is available in your account settings.
Please Note: Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where par98 suspects fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or a violation of these Terms. In such cases, par98 will investigate and communicate the outcome to you.
par98 offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, cashback deals and cricket-specific promotions around PSL and international matches. All offers are subject to individual terms that are displayed on the relevant promotion page before you claim.
Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier that determines how many times the bonus (or bonus plus deposit) must be turned over before a withdrawal can be made. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means you must place PKR 10,000 in total bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds. Wagering requirements are stated clearly for each offer.
Free bets awarded through cricket promotions, PSL special offers or general sportsbook bonuses are valid for the period stated. Free bet stakes are not included in winnings — only the profit from a winning free bet is credited. Free bets cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to casino balance.

The par98 sportsbook covers cricket (including PSL, international T20, ODI and Test matches), football, esports and other sports. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform.
All bets are subject to acceptance by par98. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. Where odds change between placing and confirmation, the system will notify you of the updated odds before the bet is finalised. par98 reserves the right to decline any bet without providing a reason.
Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant sporting event as declared by the relevant governing body. For cricket, PSL results are settled based on the official PCB/PSL match result. In the event of a cancelled, abandoned or voided match, bets will typically be settled as void and stakes returned unless specific rules for that market indicate otherwise.
Live in-play betting is available for selected cricket, football and esports markets. In-play odds update in real time. par98 may suspend in-play markets at any point due to match events, technical issues or to manage risk. Bets placed before a suspension are valid; bets placed after suspension is applied are void.
Maximum single-event winnings and accumulator winnings limits apply and are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation. Where a bet would exceed the maximum payout limit, par98 reserves the right to reduce the stake proportionally or decline the bet.
Errors in Odds: Where an obvious error in pricing occurs due to a technical fault, par98 reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous odds and return stakes to the affected accounts.
The par98 casino section includes slot games, table games (Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat) and live casino games with real dealers. All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino, real physical dealing. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are set by the game provider and are not modified by par98.
Game availability may vary. par98 may add, remove or temporarily suspend games from the casino lobby without prior notice. Where a game is removed while a player has an active round, the round will be completed or the stake returned as appropriate.
In the event of a technical fault during a casino game or live casino session, par98 will attempt to settle the round using available game server data. Where no valid outcome can be determined, the bet may be voided and the stake returned. par98 is not liable for losses caused by network interruption on the player's side.
Players using the live casino must conduct themselves respectfully in the chat function. Harassment of dealers or other players, use of offensive language or any attempt to disrupt the live game stream will result in removal from the table and, in serious cases, account suspension.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on par98. Engaging in any of these will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balance and a permanent ban:
Fraud Detection: par98 uses automated systems and manual review to detect fraudulent activity. Where fraud is suspected, accounts will be suspended immediately pending investigation. par98 cooperates with payment providers on chargeback and fraud cases.
You may request to close your account at any time by contacting par98 support. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed and your remaining real-money balance returned to your verified payment method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
par98 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including (but not limited to) cases involving breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, underage gambling, duplicate accounts or abusive behaviour. Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, any balance may be withheld pending investigation.
Players who wish to take a break from gambling may use the self-exclusion tools available in account settings. Self-exclusion periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year or permanent exclusion are available. While we work to maintain continuous availability, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors or technical issues at all times.
